DOMO CARE QUALITY POLICY
Quality Policy is one of the priorities of our company. More specifically:
- We implement innovative methods and actions to create original products and services and ensure that the needs of our customers are met through integrated high-quality services
- We utilize all modern technological means to continuously improve our infrastructure
- We commit to a continuous effort to increase our customers’ satisfaction
- We improve and use the possibilities and tools of the Quality Management System and contribute to the continuous establishment and improvement of its efficiency
- We continuously develop and train our Company staff and choose experienced and certified partners
- We maintain a high-standard working environment, keeping our staff satisfied and committed
- We are committed to supporting, through corporate and individual responsibility, bodies and actions that contribute to promoting social, environmental and cultural sustainability and viability
- We have adopted the following standards: ΕΝ ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system, ELOT ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 Information technology – Security techniques – Information security management systems, 14001:2015 Environmental management and 45001:2018Occupational Health and Safety.
- We strictly adhere to those standards and implement them throughout the hierarchical structure of the company and in every activity with an impact on the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our customers.
- We set measurable objectives for quality at company level, at the operational level of Departments or Processes, and in terms of the services provided. Such objectives are set and it is examined whether they are achieved in the context of the Review of the Quality Management System (QMS) by the Company’s management.
The Quality Management System was designed on the basis of the following 4 principles:
- To become the main mechanism for the best organization and operation of DOMO CARE.
- To improve the quality of the services provided.
- To ensure and improve customer satisfaction through the provision of services and products that meet their demands.
- To ensure that the equipment and the employees are adjusted to the new demands that arise constantly, and that they are used in the best possible way.
The Management, the Quality Manager and the entire staff of DOMO CARE are committed to the effective implementation of the tools offered by the Quality Management System, so as to ensure the unhindered satisfaction of the company’s customers and the improvement of its organizational structure.
